Ingredients:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup oat milk (or any other milk of your choice)
- 1/4 cup greek yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons of seed mix (chia, hemp, flax)
- I tablespoon of collagen powder
- I tablespoon of peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon of maple syrup
- Optional: ice cubes
Makes 350ml
Instructions:
