Tiramisu Overnight Oats

Ingredients: Oats layer

  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup greek yoghurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
  • I tablespoon collagen powder
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey
  • 3/4 teaspoon espresso powder

Ingredients: Yoghurt layer

  • 1 cup greek yoghurt
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla bean paste
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions:

  1. ) Combine oats layer ingredients: oats, milk, yoghurt, chia seeds, maple syrup, espresso powder in a bowl or jar.
  2. ) Store mixture in an air-tight container for at least 5 hours. Once oats are settled, prepare your yoghurt mixture.
  3. ) Make the yoghurt layer by mixing together greek yoghurt, maple syrup, collagen powder.
  4. ) To assemble the overnight oats, layer half of the oats on the bottom of a jar/glass followed by half of the yoghurt mixture. Repeat with the second half of the oats and yoghurt. Top with a light dusting of cocoa powder.
  5. ) Enjoy fresh!
