Ingredients: Oats layer
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup greek yoghurt
- 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
- I tablespoon collagen powder
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey
- 3/4 teaspoon espresso powder
Ingredients: Yoghurt layer
- 1 cup greek yoghurt
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla bean paste
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions:
- ) Combine oats layer ingredients: oats, milk, yoghurt, chia seeds, maple syrup, espresso powder in a bowl or jar.
- ) Store mixture in an air-tight container for at least 5 hours. Once oats are settled, prepare your yoghurt mixture.
- ) Make the yoghurt layer by mixing together greek yoghurt, maple syrup, collagen powder.
- ) To assemble the overnight oats, layer half of the oats on the bottom of a jar/glass followed by half of the yoghurt mixture. Repeat with the second half of the oats and yoghurt. Top with a light dusting of cocoa powder.
