OFFICIAL GIVEAWAY RULES
Please read these Official Rules carefully before entering the IT'S COZY O'CLOCK! Giveaway (the "Giveaway").
1. PROMOTER
The promoter of the Giveaway is EV SUPERFOOD DEVELOPMENTS LTD, trading as Elavate ("Elavate"), located at Unit C3.11, Canterbury Court, 1-3 Brixton Road, London, Greater London, England, SW9 6DE. Participating brands are prize contributors only and are not responsible for the administration of the Giveaway unless expressly stated otherwise.
2. GIVEAWAY PERIOD
The Giveaway begins on 18 October 2026 at 12:00 PM UK time (BST) and ends on 31 October 2026 at 11:59 PM UK time (GMT) (the "Giveaway Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible. Elavate's designated timekeeping system will be the official timekeeper.
3. ELIGIBILITY
The Giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of Elavate, participating brands, and any agencies or companies involved in the administration or promotion of the Giveaway, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to enter or win.
The Giveaway is subject to applicable laws and regulations in the United Kingdom and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. HOW TO ENTER
During the Giveaway Period, eligible participants may enter by completing the following steps on Instagram:
- Follow @elavatesuperfoods.
- Like the official IT'S COZY O'CLOCK! Giveaway post.
- Leave a comment tagging a friend they would like to share a cosy moment with.
Each valid comment tagging a different person will count as one entry. Participants may enter multiple times by tagging different people in separate comments. Duplicate comments tagging the same person, spam comments, comments tagging celebrities or public figures solely for promotional purposes, and comments that violate Instagram's rules may be disqualified at Elavate's discretion.
Bonus entry: Participants may receive one additional entry by sharing the official Giveaway post to their Instagram Stories during the Giveaway Period and tagging @elavatesuperfoods. The Story must be available for Elavate to verify and record during the Giveaway Period. If Elavate cannot verify the Story share, the bonus entry may not be counted.
No purchase, payment or paid subscription is necessary to enter or win. All entries must comply with these Official Rules. Use of automated, fraudulent or other deceptive entry methods is prohibited and may result in disqualification.
5. PRIZES
Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) Cozy O'Clock set (each, a "Prize").
Each Prize has an approximate retail value ("ARV") of £1,150. The total approximate retail value of all five Prizes is £5,750.
Each Cozy O'Clock set is intended to include a premium selection of products, including, subject to final confirmation and availability:
- a De'Longhi coffee/tea machine;
- Elavate collagen products;
- sleepwear and an eye mask;
- a cosy blanket;
- an Elavate mug;
- chocolates and tea;
- a candle;
- an electronic diffuser and fragrance oil; and
- selected skincare and body-care products.
The final brand, model, size, colour or precise product selection may vary where necessary. Subject to availability, Elavate may substitute any unavailable item with another item of equal or greater value. The overall Prize awarded to each winner will have an approximate retail value of £1,150.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Prizes will be shipped to verified winners at no charge. Delivery is subject to product availability, shipping restrictions and confirmation of a valid delivery address within the United Kingdom.
6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
Five (5) potential winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Each eligible entry will have an equal chance of being selected. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Potential winners will be contacted by direct message from @elavatesuperfoods on Instagram within seven (7) days of the Giveaway closing.
Each potential winner must respond within 48 hours of the notification and provide any information reasonably required to verify eligibility and arrange delivery, including proof of age or UK residency where reasonably requested.
If a potential winner does not respond within the stated period, cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, or declines the Prize, Elavate may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
Elavate will never require a winner to pay a fee to claim a Prize. Participants should beware of fraudulent accounts impersonating Elavate.
7. PRIZE ACCEPTANCE AND COSTS
Winners are responsible for any personal or incidental costs associated with accepting, receiving or using a Prize that are not expressly stated as included in the Prize description.
Elavate will cover standard delivery of the Prize to a verified UK delivery address. Any optional costs or arrangements requested by a winner beyond the stated Prize are the winner's responsibility unless Elavate agrees otherwise in writing.
8. WINNER INFORMATION AND PUBLICITY
To demonstrate that valid awards took place, Elavate may publish or otherwise make available the surname and county of the winners after the Giveaway has concluded.
A winner may object to the publication of this information or request that the amount of information published be reduced by contacting Elavate using the details in Section 14. Elavate may nevertheless provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority or another competent regulator where required.
Except where prohibited by law, Elavate may also announce winners using their Instagram username or other information they have chosen to make public, solely in connection with the Giveaway.
No winner is required to provide a testimonial, endorse any product, or participate in promotional content as a condition of winning. Any additional promotional use of a winner's image, voice or content will be subject to separate agreement or consent where required.
9. PRIVACY
Personal information collected from participants will be used for administering the Giveaway, verifying eligibility, contacting winners, arranging Prize delivery, handling winner-information requests, and fulfilling applicable legal or regulatory obligations.

Entering the Giveaway does not automatically subscribe participants to marketing emails or other promotional communications. Any marketing subscription must be voluntary and subject to applicable consent requirements.
10. LIABILITY
Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Subject to the above, Elavate is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, incomplete or not received due to technical failures, platform outages, network problems, or other circumstances outside Elavate's reasonable control. Elavate is also not responsible for acts or omissions of Instagram, participating brands, delivery providers or other third parties, except to the extent that responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Elavate reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, acts fraudulently or disruptively, or otherwise attempts to gain an unfair advantage.
If the Giveaway cannot be conducted as planned due to fraud, technical failures, unauthorised intervention or other circumstances beyond Elavate's reasonable control, Elavate may modify, suspend or cancel the Giveaway to the extent permitted by law.
Any material changes will be communicated through the official @elavatesuperfoods Instagram account or another appropriate channel. Elavate's decisions regarding the administration of the Giveaway will be final, subject to applicable law.
12. INSTAGRAM DISCLAIMER
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.
By entering, participants acknowledge that Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. are not responsible for the administration of the Giveaway or the provision of any Prize. Participants understand that they are providing their information to Elavate and not to Instagram or Meta.
13. GOVERNING LAW
The Giveaway and these Official Rules are subject to applicable laws of the United Kingdom. Nothing in these Official Rules affects any mandatory rights or protections that apply to participants under applicable law. Any dispute relating to the Giveaway will be handled in accordance with applicable UK law and by the courts having jurisdiction over the dispute.
